Questions we are asked before every renovation
How much does a full renovation cost on the Costa del Sol?
Every property is different, so we never quote from a price list. As a guide, a complete apartment renovation to a high specification typically starts from around €1,200–€1,800 per m², while turnkey villa renovations range from €1,500 to well over €3,000 per m² depending on structure, pool, landscaping and finishes. After a site visit we provide a fully itemised, fixed-scope quotation so you know exactly what is included before work begins.
How long does a villa or apartment renovation take?
A kitchen or bathroom refurbishment usually takes 3–6 weeks. Full apartment renovations run 2–4 months, and complete villa renovations 5–12 months including licences. We agree a programme with milestones at the outset and report progress every week.
Do you manage building licences and permits?
Yes. We prepare and submit the documentation for licencias de obra menor y mayor, coordinate architects and technical reports, and handle community-of-owners approvals, so your renovation is fully legal and insurable.
Can you renovate my property while I am abroad?
Most of our clients live overseas for part of the year. Your dedicated English-speaking project manager sends weekly photo and video updates, handles deliveries and site access, and manages every trade on your behalf. You can follow the renovation from London, Dublin, Dubai or Stockholm and arrive to a finished home.
Which areas do you cover?
We renovate properties throughout the Costa del Sol, with a focus on Marbella, Benalmádena and Mijas, as well as Estepona, Benahavís, Fuengirola, Torremolinos and the surrounding golf valleys.
Do you offer a guarantee on your renovation work?
