Costs depend on size, structure and specification. A high-end interior refurbishment of a Marbella apartment typically starts from around €1,200–€1,800 per m². Complete villa renovations with new installations, pool and landscaping usually range from €1,500 to over €3,000 per m². After a site visit we prepare an itemised, fixed-scope quotation for your property.
Do I need a licence to renovate a property in Marbella?
Yes. Cosmetic works and interior refurbishments require at minimum a declaración responsable or licencia de obra menor from the Ayuntamiento de Marbella; structural changes, extensions and pools need a licencia de obra mayor with an architect's project. Marbella Trust manages the entire process for you.
